We offer full service catering and full service bar. Our on-site chefs can prepare a variety of menus from a hearty lunch buffet to gourmet table service. Sample of our menus. Our event coordinators can help with all aspects of your event planning, menu planning, beverage service, and related services such as valet parking, ice sculptures, searchlights, velvet ropes, party props, centerpieces, and general party decorations. We can also help you match the perfect music to your event, whether it be a DJ, salsa band, reggae, big band, oldies, cover band, string quartet, or jazz trio. |
